Parental Request to Administer Medication

Dear families,

All bookings for after school clubs are made via the online booking system. The attachment is a list of clubs for information only; this is not a booking form.  The online booking system is a replacement of the previous paper copy booking form.  Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis and completion of the online booking form is not a guarantee of a place.  Once places have been allocated these will be set up on Scopay ready for you to make payment to secure the place.

CHILDREN WILL BE UNABLE TO ATTEND CLUBS UNLESS PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT OF THE CLUB. Please let the office know if you are having any problems paying online or making payment due to financial problems.  Outstanding debt could jeopardise future places being offered at after school clubs.

Whenever possible, sporting clubs will not be cancelled due to the weather conditions; the coaches will provide a range of indoor activities such as board games instead. Clubs will only be cancelled in exceptional circumstances.  Parents will not be contacted if a club has changed to indoors.  Refunds will not be available in these circumstances.

Credits for the cancelled cricket club on 27th June last term will be applied to all children affected. Please contact the office if your child will not be signing up to any after school clubs this term to discuss credit options. 

Refunds are not available for clashes with other school events/sporting fixtures where children have chosen to take part.  

Please contact the school office if your child cannot attend any of the sessions.  In line with our safeguarding policy, you will receive a call from the school office if absence from the club is unexplained.

Please encourage your child to commit to these clubs. Usually the clubs have a waiting list and if attendance falls short of expectations, the place will be allocated to another child and a refund will not be available.  Refunds will be considered if a move to another club is not possible and the place is cancelled before half way through (e.g. week 6 of 12). There will be no refunds after the half way point. Please make a note of the dates of the sessions in your diary.

Clubs are charged at £3.50 a session to cover staff and equipment costs, art club is charged at £5.00 per session.
